Refund policy
1. General Information
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Korean Skin Lab Cyprus (“the Site”), operated in the Republic of Cyprus.
Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with EU and Cyprus consumer protection regulations.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic and safety-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
To qualify for a return:
The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Please note that products that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16) on consumer rights.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@koreanskinlabcy.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos.
Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@koreanskinlabcy.com.
Include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement at no additional cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Products without original packaging or seal
Gift cards or promotional items
Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
