Shipping policy

1. General Information This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Korean Skin Lab ("the Site"), operated in the Republic of Cyprus. We aim to provide a fast, safe, and reliable delivery experience for all customers.

2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs and Delivery Times We currently ship to Cyprus and Greece.

A. Cyprus — BoxNow (Locker Delivery)

  • Courier: BoxNow
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free of charge on orders over €50.00. Orders below €50.00 are charged at €2.00.
  • Details: Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the BoxNow locker details for collection. You can pick up your order anytime within the allowed period using the unique pickup code.

B. Greece — Standard Courier

  • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: €7.00 flat rate per order, regardless of order value.
  • Details: Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping Areas We currently ship within Cyprus and Greece only. Shipping to other EU countries may become available in the future — please follow our updates for international expansion.

5. Missed or Uncollected Deliveries If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be automatically returned to us. In such cases, we may deduct the return shipping fee from any potential refund. Repeated failure to collect parcels may result in restricted access to future orders or a card-payment-only requirement.

6. Delivery Issues If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@koreanskinlabcy.com. We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
